Our Story
Raised with care on our Australian farm, our premium worms help in growing vibrant, chemical-free produce and turn organic waste into rich, living soil for a healthier planet. Every worm sold is hand picked, this ensures you get the size, the quality and the number you have ordered, we do not estimate the numbers or average the size.
Rake It Till You Make It started because we kept running into the same problems again and again.
First, there was the sheer amount of good organic material going to waste — food scraps and coffee grounds that could be doing something useful instead of ending up in the bin. Second, getting decent local live bait wasn’t always easy, especially when you wanted it fresh and reliable.
And third, we needed healthy, non-chemical soil to grow our own fruit, vegies, and herbs without relying on synthetic fertilisers.
So we joined the dots.
We set up a worm farming system that takes local organic waste and turns it into something valuable. Our worms are raised carefully, in a climate controlled environment ,fed properly, and kept healthy — which means they’re active, hardy, and ideal for bait fishing. At the same time, they produce rich worm castings that build strong, living soil.
That soil is what we use to grow our own chemical-free produce, including seasonal fruit, vegetables, and herbs that we sell locally. Nothing fancy — just good food grown in good soil, the way it should be.
Everything we do is practical and local. No chemicals. No shortcuts. Just worms doing what worms do best — turning waste into bait, soil, and fresh food.
